アプリを使えない場合のご依頼
Re:BirthStone のアカウント削除は、support@rebirthstone.com へ依頼できます。アプリを入れ直す必要はありません。
- 本人確認のため、登録したメールアドレスから送信してください。
- 件名を「Re:BirthStone アカウント削除」とし、本文にログインIDまたは登録メールアドレスを記載してください。
- 登録メールアドレスを利用できない場合は、その旨を窓口へご相談ください。本人確認に必要な手順をご案内します。
パスワードや認証コードをメールに記載しないでください。
アプリからの手順
「設定」→「アカウント管理・削除」→「削除を申請」へ進みます。猶予期間中は同じ画面から取り消せます。
削除・匿名化の対象と時期
ログインID、メールアドレス、認証情報、ゲームの進行（キャラクター・所持品・ストーリー）および各種設定が削除・匿名化の対象です。削除申請から原則30日、不正な請求を防ぐための確認ができない場合は最大60日の猶予期間後に処理します。
Re:BirthStone シリーズ共通アカウントのため、対応する複数タイトルのデータと連携情報に影響する場合があります。
保持する記録
法令上の保存義務がある記録は必要な期間保持する場合があります。公開ポリシー上の保存期間は、認証イベントが最大365日、管理・監査ログが有効60日＋アーカイブ365日です。詳しくは保存期間と削除についての説明をご覧ください。

Request account deletion without the app
To delete your Re:BirthStone account, email support@rebirthstone.com. You do not need to reinstall the app.
- Send the request from your registered email address so we can verify account ownership.
- Use the subject “Re:BirthStone account deletion” and include your login ID or registered email address.
- If you cannot access your registered email, explain this to support. We will guide you through the verification steps.
Do not include passwords or verification codes in your email.
Request deletion in the app
Open Settings → Manage / Delete Account → Request deletion. You can cancel from the same screen during the grace period.
Data covered and timing
Your login ID, email address, authentication data, game progress (characters, inventory, and story), and settings are subject to deletion or anonymization. Processing takes place after a grace period of normally 30 days from the request, or up to 60 days when the checks used to prevent unauthorized requests cannot be completed.
Re:BirthStone uses a shared series account, so deletion may affect data and linked information across supported titles.
Records retained
Records subject to legal retention requirements may be kept for the necessary period. The published policy provides for authentication events to be kept for up to 365 days, and administrative/audit logs for 60 active days plus a 365-day archive.
